TFM Foursome plays in Elm Grove Golf Tournament

TFMoran’s Dylan Cruess, Lou Cote, Joaquin Denoya and Dan Blais participated in the 6th Annual Elm Grove Golf Tournament. The tournament was hosted at the Derryfield Country Club in Manchester, NH on August 25th. The cause of the tournament was dedicated to supporting local charities in our community. This year, contributions will go towards providing support to The Manchester Masonic Foundation, Bikes for Books, and The Manchester Historic Association.  The Derryfield Country Club underwent major renovations in 2015, changing it’s look entirely. The TFM Team finished in the middle of all the teams.  Along with a provided lunch, skies were clear and it was a perfect summer day for a golf tournament! Congratulations to all the teams and thank you to those who sponsored the event!

TFM Sponsors Friends of Aine Kids Try-Athlon in Bedford

TFMoran’s Chief Operating Officer, Dylan Cruess, and Marketing Assistant, Kelsie Gagner, attended the 5th Annual Friends of Aine Kids Try-Athlon on Sunday morning, August 23, 2017. The Try-Athlon is hosted in memory of Aine, and seeks to “…raise funds to support bereavement programs for children…”. The Try-Athlon took place at Bedford High School where TFMoran and other local event sponsors were able to set up booths to interact with the athletes and their families. Founders of Friends of Aine state “We think of this event as a tribute to Aine, as a fundraiser AND as an opportunity to get kids moving. We like to believe that the race is helping kids help themselves, while at the same time helping other kids. It’s a win-win!!”

Several children of TFMoran staff participated in the Try-Athlon.  The Try-Athlon athletes were Jocelyn, daughter of Jen Porter, and Myles, son of Tom Lamb.

21 Years! TFM Hosts Manchester Chamber of Commerce August Network PM

TFMoran hosted the annual Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce August Network PM event for the 21st consecutive year on Thursday, August 17th. Over 200 chamber members, guests, TFMoran staff and their families enjoyed a BBQ, ice cream, country music, and good company on a clear summer evening. “Back to School” was this year’s theme, to wish our four TFM interns good luck as they head back to college. The tent provided by Special Events of New England, was decorated with red, white, school supplies and sunflowers. Posters of school projects completed by TFM were strewn along the brick walls for display, and at the TFM tabletop booth.  TFMoran’s Principal and Chief Operating Officer, Dylan Cruess spoke about the significance of Interns and how they impact the workplace.

The Wine’ing Butcher filled everyone’s plates with steak tips and turkey tips, burgers and dogs, along with delicious summer salads, followed by The Inside Scoop serving cones of Strawberry Cheesecake and Toll House ice cream. Royal Bouquet supplied two gorgeous sunflower summer arrangements that were included in the door prizes, along with gift cards from The Wine’ing Butcher and The Inside Scoop. All three businesses are located at the French-Atwood Marketplace on Wallace Road in Bedford.

Thank you to the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce board and members for joining us for another memorable event. Also, a big thank you to all the TFM staff who helped make this another successful event!

Bob in his signature corduroy pants and white short sleeve button down, started a trend of simple yet classy. It seems that Bob’s influence and mentorship extends beyond engineering and into the fashion world as well!
