TFMoran provided structural design engineering services for the construction of this new assisted living facility. Christopher Heights Assisted Living Residence includes 43 apartments for low to moderate income seniors. Cutler Associates coordinated the building project through detailed scope control and design-build delivery. The project is LEED for Homes Silver for energy efficiency.
