TFMoran performed the study, design and environmental permitting for the Town of Hooksett for this proposed roundabout at NH 3A and Hackett Hill Road near I-93 Exit 11. The intersection currently experiences heavy commuter traffic volumes, with lengthy delays, and a high crash rate. This project substantially improves the capacity and safety of the intersection, without negatively impacting the nearby Merrimack River.
