TFMoran provided civil/site engineering, land surveying, permitting and landscape architecture services for SMC Management Corporation for this 4-story, 48-unit multi-family apartment building. The Residences at Sundial Center, located on Sundial Avenue, features a lower level sub-grade parking garage in addition to outdoor parking.
The project architect was Robert A. Schaefer and the general contractor was Pilot Construction.
The construction was completed in 2019.
