TFMoran Inc. is currently seeking an ambassador for our company by answering our incoming phones, greet clients, and maintain the overall appearance of our reception area, including processing of mail. The position requires the candidate to be skilled at typing proposals, corresponding using Microsoft Word and updating our client lists in Microsoft Excel. Candidate must have excellent communication skills, be detail oriented and organized.

TFMoran, Inc. is currently seeking a part-time Accounting/Payroll Clerk for our Bedford, NH office. Candidate must be interested in processing bi-weekly payroll for our 60+ employees, bi-weekly from review of timesheets, posting of payroll in ADP, through to making the appropriate journal and cash entries and data transfers to our third-party service providers. Candidate must have 1-2 years of payroll and accounting experience, excellent communication skills, be detail oriented, organized, and proficient in Microsoft Office products. Familiarity with ADP, our payroll service provider, and Ajera, our project accounting software, is a plus. This position is part-time, 16-20 hours per week. Hours can be flexible except payroll processing day as payroll must be completed in a timely manner.

TFMoran’s Seacoast Division is seeking a motivated individual to fill a full-time Land Surveyor Project Manager position for our Portsmouth, NH office. Candidates must have experience in managing survey projects, coordinating and communicating with clients, proposal preparation, researching deeds, processing field data, and creating survey drawings. This position requires 5+ years of project management experience in the land surveying field.

SURVEY TECHNICIAN – Portsmouth Office
TFMoran’s Seacoast Division is looking to fill the full-time position of Survey Technician at our Portsmouth, NH office. Eligible candidates should have general knowledge of the practice of land surveying, experience with field procedures and basic proficiency with Carlson Survey and/or Civil 3D software. Familiarity with using Leica and Topcon total stations/GPS equipment to collect data is a plus. This position is a combination of fieldwork and office work. On the job training is provided with an opportunity for advancement available to motivated individuals.

TFMoran, Inc. is currently seeking a motivated individual to fill a full-time structural engineer/project manager position. The engineer will be responsible for the project management, structural design, drafting and construction administrative tasks for both commercial and residential building structures located throughout New England. Candidates should have 4+ years of experience with a BS degree in Civil Engineering and FE certification required, PE or ability to obtain PE within 6 months of hire preferred. Candidates should be familiar with the structural design and detailing of building structures constructed of steel, concrete, timber and masonry in the New England area. Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications, Autodesk AutoCad and Revit, RISA 3D and RAM Structural Systems preferred.

TFMoran, Inc. is currently seeking to fill a full-time Septic Design/ Environmental Permitting position in our Bedford, NH office. This position will be responsible for servicing our land development projects that require local, state, and federal permitting. Candidates must have 4+ years of septic design and permitting experience and have an active New Hampshire Subsurface System Designer’s License. Position requires experience with wetland delineation and Wetland/Shoreland permitting.  Candidates must be proficient using AutoCAD.

Position requires 5+ years of project management experience in civil engineering/survey type projects, based in New England, that require local, state and federal permitting. Ability to make presentations to planning boards and proficiency in AutoCAD necessary. B.S. in Civil Engineering required.

CIVIL PROJECT ENGINEER –  Bedford or Portsmouth Office
TFMoran, Inc. is currently seeking motivated individuals to fill full-time Civil Engineer positions. TFMoran provides civil engineering, land surveying, landscape architecture, environmental permitting, stormwater monitoring, and construction support to residential, commercial, and municipal clients in New Hampshire and neighboring states.

This Engineering position will be responsible for servicing a range of civil engineering and land development projects that require local, state, and federal permitting. Duties will include civil site design, road design, and stormwater management, utilizing AutoCAD and HydroCAD (preferred). Other responsibilities may include preparation of technical specifications, preparation of reports and correspondence, construction observation, and submittal preparation. Position requires 2-5 years of project engineering and management experience in civil engineering with land development projects that require local, state and federal permitting. B.S. in Civil Engineering and EIT preferred.
