Congratulations to TFMoran’s COO, Dylan Cruess for graduating from the 2019 Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program that took place at NHTI Concord’s Community College, on Thursday, October 10th.  Dylan was one of 37 scholars from nine New Hampshire counties representing a diverse range of industries who was selected for New Hampshire’s inaugural class. Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program partners with the Community College System of New Hampshire and Manchester Community College who hosts the three-month long intensive class. Manchester’s Mayor Joyce Craig and New Hampshire Senator Jeanne Shaheen were on-hand to congratulate the members of New Hampshire’s first graduating class.

The Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses is an investment to help entrepreneurs create jobs and provide greater access to education and business support. To date, the program has more than 8,800 business owners that have graduated across all 50 states. Goldman Sachs is strategic in their planning for the program to ensure that the small business owners participating in the program, leave with a new perspective on how to consistently grow their revenues. While attending this course, Dylan received one-on-one expert advice and can apply that to TFMoran’s business plan.

In the 10,000 Small Businesses Program, it has shown that since 2016 the percentage of U.S. Small Businesses grew by 47%. The results have also shown that after 30 months, the percentage of the 10,000 Small Businesses alumni have added jobs in their businesses by 56.5%. Goldman Sachs ensures that all participants are involved and receive the one-on-one time, as well as participating in groups to listen to the advice of others. What alumni can take away is not only working on your business, but working on your business to make it better and how to manage for growth.
