TFMoran Hosts NH CIBOR September After Hours showcasing The Grand at the Bedford Village Inn

Some lucky members of the NH Commercial Board of Realtors were treated to personal tours of the new 50-room luxury boutique hotel The Grand at the Bedford Village Inn on Monday, September 12, 2016. The monthly After Hours was hosted by TFM’s Chairman, Robert Cruess and TFM’s COO, Dylan Cruess, who are also NHCIBOR members. Robert gave a  brief presentation featuring the color site plan produced by TFM’s civil engineers and landscape architects, and a project sheet showing photos of the completed hotel and description of the services TFM provided for the project. Robert proudly mentioned TFM has been working with The Bedford Village Inn and owner Jack Carnevale throughout the years, noting one of the great successes was to bring public water and sewer to the property. Also on hand to answer questions was Rob Vida, one of TFM’s Structural Engineers who had a major role in the structural design of the boutique hotel. He and other TFM staff enjoyed The Grand tour.

The Grand, celebrated their Grand Opening in June 2016, and the celebration continues through the Fall.  The 3-story, 49,000sf hotel is part of the Bedford Village Inn resort complex located near the Inn on Olde Bedford Way in Bedford, NH. TFMoran provided site/civil and structural engineering, permitting, survey, landscape architectural design and construction support. The project architect was John S. Jordan Design, PLLC of Canterbury, NH and the general contractor was Mark Carrier Construction, Inc. of Manchester, NH.

As described on the Bedford Village Inn’s website: “Enjoy all of the Grand’s Amenities that are offered to you throughout your stay. Luxurious guest rooms and suites are designed with you in mind, and a fully equipped fitness facility for your use. Directly outside of the fitness facility is an outdoor, full-size, heated saltwater pool, accompanied by a separate hot tub surrounded by natural and lush landscape. During the season, poolside lunch will be served to guests. Overlooking the patio and pool, is the Grand’s unique, custom lobby bar with a warm fireplace to unwind with several wine features. Private function rooms are available for both large and small events, meetings and special occasions. Mixing old tradition and decor with a new style, the Grand is sure to become one of the finest examples of a luxury hotel throughout New England.”
