Located at the corner of Salmon and Elm Streets near the Amoskeag Bridge. The site encompasses three vacant lots and includes 2 parking areas and a two-lane attached drive-thru.
The new building designed by DeStefano | Maugel Architects of Portsmouth, NH features a brick façade with high architectural details, making it a good fit for the Manchester North End neighborhood. Sullivan Construction of Bedford, NH was the general contractor.
