The Park Theatre, Jaffrey, New Hampshire’s historic theatre which was first built in 1922, underwent a complete rebuilding. After years of fundraising, the new construction started in November 2018 to build a 450-seat theatre with 2 auditoriums. August 2021 marked the Grand Opening of this special project which was made possible through generous donations of local businesses and the community. The Park Theatre now features live performances, concerts, films, children’s programs, and community gatherings.
TFMoran worked with the project team providing civil engineering and structural design services. The team on the project included BKA Architects, Hutter Construction, The Savings Bank of Walpole, the NH Community Development Financing Authority, the US Department of Agriculture’s Rural Development Office, and the Town of Jaffrey.
