TFMoran provided civil/site, traffic, and structural engineering, surveying, permitting, and construction administration services for a new warehouse and light assembly building for The Wholistic Pet in Bedford, NH. The project included the preparation of the site plan package for the building, parking, and loading areas, drainage and utility services, and landscaping. The facility is 14,430sf on the first floor with an additional 2,330sf second floor and will be used for the assembly of The Wholistic Pet’s specialty pet health supplements for dogs, cats, and horses. The new facility is located just down the road from the existing storefront off Route 101 in Bedford.
