TFMoran Kicks off the Holiday Season with Annual Harvest Lunch
TFMoran kicked off the holiday season last Wednesday with the annual “Harvest Lunch” at the Bedford Village Inn. Both offices gathered in the Great Hall to enjoy appetizers, drinks, and lively conversation before a delicious buffet lunch. Dessert featured a specially decorated cake from Frederick’s Pastries in Bedford, NH.
Following the meal, TFMoran President, Robert Duval, shared a Thanksgiving message, reflecting on the company’s successes over the past year. He highlighted TFMoran’s recognition as one of Business NH Magazine’s 2024 “Best Companies to Work For” and the 12th consecutive win of NH Business Review’s “Best of Business” Award. He thanked the team for their dedication and hard work, stressing that our continued success is driven by collaboration and commitment.
Dylan Cruess, COO, discussed employee benefits, including health insurance and the 401k program, and celebrated team members marking milestones and welcoming new hires. He also shared his excitement about new opportunities and TFMoran’s ongoing efforts to embrace technology in the field.
Corey Colwell, Principal and Portsmouth Division Manager, marked the 10th anniversary of TFMoran and MSC’s merged partnership, celebrating the growth and opportunities along the New Hampshire and Maine Seacoast, made possible by strong teamwork between the two offices.
The TFMoran principals wrapped up the event by presenting bonuses in recognition of the team’s hard work and dedication.
A heartfelt thank you to our principals for hosting this special occasion and to the Bedford Village Inn for the exceptional food and atmosphere. It was a perfect way to kick off Thanksgiving and the Holiday Season before heading home to family.
TFMoran Staff Gather for Our annual “Harvest Lunch”
TFMoran held its annual company gathering, known as the “Harvest Lunch”, on the day before Thanksgiving in the Great Hall at the Bedford Village Inn. Due to our incredible growth in the past year, 2015 was the first time in several years that the celebration was held somewhere besides TFMoran’s office in Bedford. The MSC division staff journeyed from Portsmouth to join the Bedford staff for the full company gathering of more than 55 people! Thank you to the Bedford Village Inn for the amazing food and fantastic venue.
After lunch, TFMoran President Bob Duval shared his thoughts on both the past year and what to expect in 2016. Dylan Cruess, COO, also addressed the staff, as did Corey Colwell, the MSC division manager talking about our New Hampshire seacoast projects.
TFMoran was very happy to be able to give out annual bonuses to all the staff at the Harvest Lunch. It was a great beginning to the Thanksgiving holiday break, as folks headed home to spend time with their families.
