TFMoran Sponsors 24th Annual CAPSC Classic!

TFMoran is proud to sponsor the Community Action Partnership of Strafford County (CAPSC) in their 24th Annual Golf Classic, taking place on Monday, September 15, 2025, at Cochecho Country Club in Dover, New Hampshire. The day will begin with a light breakfast, followed by a shotgun start for the tournament. Golfers will enjoy refreshments and hors d’oeuvres throughout the event, followed by a celebratory lunch, awards ceremony, and exciting prize giveaways.

Proceeds from the event directly benefit CAPSC’s Early Care and Education Program, helping to reduce tuition costs for local families and ensuring that children have access to safe, high-quality early education. CAPSC serves children ages 0-5 through its Head Start, Early Head Start, and Childcare programs. These programs are built on the Head Start Approach to School Readiness, supporting the social, emotional, intellectual, and cognitive development of young children to prepare them for success in elementary school and beyond.

At TFMoran, we understand the importance of early childhood education and the lasting impact it has on a child’s future. We are proud to support CAPSC’s mission and the vital work they do to provide children with a strong educational foundation. Supporting in programs like Head Start not only supports families in our community—it helps build a brighter future for everyone!

TFMoran Supports Friends Program “Home Stretch” Emergency Housing Renovation

TFMoran is supporting the Friends Program in their “Home Stretch” emergency housing renovation.

The Home Stretch Campaign is a 3-part shelter expansion and renovation project that aims to increase the number of families who may be assisted and create a comfortable space to decrease the emotional stress of emergency housing.

The Friends Emergency Housing family shelter is not a long-term housing solution, but the closer to “home” that a temporary room can feel, the easier it is for families, especially children, to settle in and begin the process of rebuilding their lives.
Families accounted for nearly forty percent of all people experiencing homelessness in New Hampshire in 2021, and the Friends Program is one of few permanent programs offering shelter year round to families in the greater Concord area. The construction of a ninth bedroom will connect an additional 15-25 individuals with emergency housing each year, and as the financial impacts of COVID-19 weigh on the wallets of already-struggling families, the Friends Emergency Housing Program is preparing to respond to an increased number of families experiencing homelessness.

Phase two of the project is currently underway. With the support of the community, the Friends Program will be able to assist an additional 100 to 140 families in the coming years.

TFMoran COO Dylan Cruess attended the phase II groundbreaking ceremony on Wednesday, September 6th. TFM is a proud supporter of the Friends Program and can’t wait to follow the progress!

Friends Program Emergency Housing has provided a 24-hour, 7 days a week shelter for families since 1980. The program provides intensive, community-based case management and short-term housing, aftercare and outreach services for families at risk of future homelessness. Families are provided with critical, temporary emergency housing, as well as support, education, training and skills that help position them to secure long-term and stable housing for themselves.

TFM Donates to the Bishop’s Charitable Assistance Fund!

TFMoran recently donated to the Bishop’s Charitable Assistance Fund of the Catholic Church of New Hampshire. The Fund is a non-profit organization that provides grants to other non-profit organizations in New Hampshire. These grants are intended to support projects that address basic needs, such as food, clothing, shelter, and home heating.

The annual summer reception will be held Wednesday, September 13th at the Currier Museum of Art.

TFM is happy to make a donation to such a great cause!
