Partnering in STEM Education: TFMoran and the McAuliffe-Shepard Discovery Center

TFMoran is honored to be a Corporate Member and proud sponsor of the McAuliffe-Shepard Discovery Center, a dynamic science museum that inspires visitors of all ages to reach for the stars. Through immersive, artistic, and entertaining exhibits and programs, the Center encourages exploration of astronomy, aviation, Earth, and space sciences.

The museum is a tribute to two New Hampshire heroes: Christa McAuliffe, the Concord High School teacher chosen by NASA as the first Teacher in Space, and Alan Shepard, the Derry native who became the first American in space.

Among the many exciting features at the Discovery Center are a full-sized replica of the Mercury-Redstone rocket, a state-of-the-art full-dome digital planetarium, and an observatory that brings the wonders of the universe within reach.
