Rockingham County Municipal Complex – New England Real Estate Journal’s Project of the Month

TFMoran was proud to provide structural engineering services for the Rockingham County Municipal Complex, a 110,000-square-foot civic facility in Brentwood, New Hampshire designed by Warrenstreet Architects and constructed by Harvey Construction, recently highlighted as the New England Real Estate Journal’s Project of the Month. Check out pages 37–39 for the full article highlighting this impactful project and its role in the region!

The project consolidates multiple Rockingham County departments into a single, modern municipal campus, improving operational efficiency while enhancing public access and safety. The facility includes administrative offices, public meeting spaces, secure law enforcement and corrections functions, and long-term infrastructure designed to support the county’s evolving needs.

TFMoran worked closely with the project team to develop a durable and efficient structural system capable of supporting the building’s varied uses, security requirements, and architectural goals. We are proud of the level of engineering achieved on this project and the collaborative effort behind it, which has been recognized by industry peers.
