The project consolidates multiple Rockingham County departments into a single, modern municipal campus, improving operational efficiency while enhancing public access and safety. The facility includes administrative offices, public meeting spaces, secure law enforcement and corrections functions, and long-term infrastructure designed to support the county’s evolving needs.
TFMoran worked closely with the project team to develop a durable and efficient structural system capable of supporting the building’s varied uses, security requirements, and architectural goals.
