TFMoran is pleased to announce Najad Ghanbari, LLS has recently earned his Land Surveyor License for the State of New Hampshire. Ghanbari joined TFMoran in 2024 as a Survey Technician and has since been promoted to Field Survey Manager in our Bedford, NH office. Ghanbari has over 19 years of experience in Land Surveying, including ALTA/NSPS Surveys, existing condition surveys, road and building construction, and field operations management.

David Stoffel, EIT recently Passed his Fundamentals of Engineering Exam for the State of New Hampshire making him an Engineer in Training. Mr. Stoffel serves as a Civil Project Engineer in our Portsmouth office and joined TFMoran in 2024. He has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Vermont. At TFMoran, Mr. Stoffel is involved in Zoning Ordinance and Site Plan Regulation reviews, Conceptual Planning, and Civil Site Design and Permitting, including stormwater analysis and design. In addition, he assists with AutoCAD drafting, infiltration testing, and preparation of color plans for project presentations.

TFMoran is pleased to welcome Aidan Schlotman as a new Civil Project Engineer in our Bedford office. Schlotman graduated from The University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
Schlotman’s coursework included Soil Science, Surveying, and Solid Waste Management. With his extensive background and previous experience in Civil Engineering, Site Design, Permitting, Wetland Construction, Sewage Disposal Construction, and Stormwater Construction, Aidan will be a great asset to TFMoran!

TFMoran is delighted to welcome Matt Mis as a Survey Field Technician to our Bedford office. Mis holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin and has furthered his education by pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree and a Certificate in Surveying Engineering Technology from the University of Maine, where he studied specialized subjects such as Boundary Law and Site Layout. With a strong background in surveying and experience as a crew chief, Mis also brings eight years of active-duty service as an Infantryman and currently serves with C Co 3/172, a Specialized Mountain Infantry unit in the National Guard. We are confident that his expertise and commitment will make him a valuable addition to the TFMoran Survey team!

Additionally, Najad recently passed his Principals and Practice of Surveying (PS) Examination and intends to take the New Hampshire Land Surveyor state-specific examination in the future.

Davis Leimanis just joined our Portsmouth office. He will be interning under Chris Rice in the Civil Engineering department, where he will help assist the Civil team. Davis is a senior in high school and is expected to be graduating from Portsmouth Christian Academy next May.
Davis currently has a Dual enrollment at Liberty University for coursework in Finance and Accounting, he also took a course on The Principles of Real Estate Investment at Harvard University. His goal from this internship is to gain experience and new knowledge within Civil Engineering.

TFMoran is pleased to announce Michael Dahlberg as Senior Vice President of the company. Mr. Dahlberg joined TFMoran in 2021 as an Assistant Vice President and Survey Department Manager in the Bedford office. Mr. Dahlberg has over 40 years of experience as a licensed Land Surveyor in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine, and Vermont. Additionally, he is a certified Flood Plain Surveyor and New Hampshire Septic System Designer.
