TFMoran provided surveying, civil/site design, grading design, permitting and landscape architecture services for this new 2,240sf Bar Harbor Bank & Trust branch located at 7 Kilton Road in Bedford, NH. The development is located within the existing Hannaford Plaza along the South River Road (NH Route 3) corridor. A parking study was designed by TFMoran engineers to evaluate the effects of the development on the existing Hannaford Plaza parking capacity.
