TFMoran provided structural design engineering services for the construction of this new wood framed structure. The building includes a single-story 29,300sf Alzheimer’s wing and a 2-story 21,600sf assisted living wing. Cornerstone at Milford offers seniors assisted living and Alzheimer’s support services affiliated with the Boston University School of Medicine Alzheimer’s Disease Center.
