TFMoran provided civil/site and structural engineering, permitting, land surveying and landscape architectural services for the construction of this new wood framed facility for seniors located on Liberty Lane (NH Route 27) and NH Route 101. Cornerstone at Hampton will include a single-story 35,000sf Alzheimer’s wing and a 3-story 75,000sf assisted living wing, totally approximately 107 resident units and 130 bedrooms. The common spaces include dining rooms, a library, exercise room, salon and a home theater. TFM Landscape Architects designed multiple exterior and interior courtyards and gardens, each having unique site elements such as pergolas, gazebos, water features, benches and meandering paths for different levels of residents’ care.
