TFMoran provided surveying, site design, and local and state permitting services for a 27,300sf addition to DHL‘s existing Distribution Facility in Bow, NH. The 244,000sf facility serves as the distribution center for the New Hampshire Liquor Commission, providing wine and spirits for 67 Liquor and Wine Outlet locations and restaurants across the state. The expansion provides space to increase capacity from 1.2 million to 1.4 million cases, more product offerings, and higher efficiency.
