TFMoran provided land surveying, civil/site engineering, structural engineering, permitting and landscape design services for redevelopment of the existing Dover Honda automobile dealership. The project involved construction of a new-46,483sf building and associated parking areas. A key element in this design was to produce a LEED certified development. LEED is a set of rating systems for the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of green buildings, homes and neighborhoods. The project architect was Warrenstreet Architects of Concord, NH and the General Contractor was Hutter Construction of New Ipswich, NH.
