TFMoran provided site plan and permitting services for this multi-phase, multi-owner infrastructure improvement project in Kingston, NH. Although permitted independently of each other, coordination between the Eversource Peaslee substation, Unitil Distribution substation and Eversource Distribution substation was imperative for constructability and long term reliability. The Peaslee substation measured approximately 83,000sf and included an 1,800lf gravel access road (which required negotiation with abutter for purchase of an adjacent parcel and relocation of current site access). Expansion of the Kingston Distribution Substation measured approximately 3,000sf and the rebuild of the Unitil Kingston Substation measured approximately 46,500sf.
