TFMoran structural engineers provided structural design for additions and renovations to the Exeter Public Library. The additions include expanding the main level floor with new cantilevered steel framing at the existing floor, replacing the existing sloped roof with a new flat roof, enclosing an existing exterior patio with a new steel-framed roof and adding prefabricated roof structures over upper exterior patio areas. TFM worked with SMP Architecture of Concord, NH, and Construction Manager Bauen Corporation of Meredith, NH.
