TFMoran provided structural engineering and construction administration services for Lakeside at Paugus Bay, a luxury condominium development in Laconia, NH on the site of the former Barton’s Motel. The four residential buildings contain 32 units facing Paugus Bay on Lake Winnipesaukee. This 4-acre property has its own beach, private and day docks, as well as two-car garages available for residents.
