TFMoran worked closely with Nickerson Designs, LLC and Pillsbury Realty to provide Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Structural Engineering, Construction Layout, and Permitting services for a medical office building in Londonderry. A combination brick wall and black metal fence was implemented in the landscape design to accentuate the urban streetscape.
The two-story 39,400sf building was designed by Nickerson Designs. The building contains the medical offices of DMC Primary Care, Derry Imaging, and Spindel Eye Associates. It is located off Michaels Way at Woodmont Commons, a mixed-use development that will include housing, retail stores, office space, and other amenities. The unique multi-phase development is located off I-93 Exit 4.
The medical offices of DMC Primary Care and Derry Imaging opened on May 1, 2023.
