TFMoran is providing structural engineering and construction administration services for Northgate Meadows, a three-building, 226-unit multi-family housing development in Sterling, MA. The project has three phases, each consisting of a four-story apartment building with parking below. Each building is about 106,000sf and contains 75 one to two-bedroom units. The 26,500sf of parking located beneath each building provides space for vehicles and a dog grooming station. Phase I of the project is already complete, while phase II is currently underway with phase III set to immediately follow.
