TFMoran Inc. provided survey, civil engineering & permitting services, and structural engineering services for a building addition and site improvements for Seacoast Mental Health Center in Exeter, New Hampshire. The addition expands the practice’s outpatient space, providing numerous private and group consultation rooms, exam rooms, and support spaces. The project included a 53,000-square-foot addition (with a 1,900-square-foot basement), along with associated parking, drainage, and landscaping improvements.
The project team included Market Square Architects and Martini Northern.
The ribbon-cutting event was held on September 7, 2022.
