Wolfeboro Public Safety Building

TFMoran provided structural engineering and construction administration services for renovations and additions to the Town of Wolfeboro public safety building. This project includes a series of renovations to the existing office building along with the addition of new apparatus bays, decontamination areas, men’s and women’s locker rooms, and equipment storage spaces.

The $13.1 million renovation and expansion project will be completed in three phases: phase one is the addition of new, taller apparatus bays off the left side of the building. Phase two will include demolition and replacement of the current apparatus bays with a new 2-story administration building. The third and final phase will renovate the current police department section and the building’s facade.

TFMoran structural engineers worked closely with Banwell Architects and the construction manager, CCI on the project, which is expected to be complete summer 2025.
