TFMoran is proud to share that several members of our leadership team recently attended Business New Hampshire Magazine’s annual Breakfast with the Best, held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester Downtown. During the event, TFMoran was honored as one of the “Best Companies to Work For” in 2025!

Representing the firm were TFMoran Principals Robert Duval, President and Chief Engineer; Dylan Cruess, Chief Operating Officer; Nicholas Golon, PE, Civil Department Manager; Thomas Lamb, PE, Senior Structural Engineer; Corey Colwell, LLS, Division Manager; and Christopher Rice, Senior Project Manager, along with Nicole Arsenault, the firm’s Marketing Coordinator.

The event celebrated the 2025 winners with a networking breakfast, a “Hall of Fame Winners” Q&A panel, and an engaging CultureFest 2025—an innovative session featuring rotating discussions where attendees learned directly from award-winning companies about fostering strong workplace culture.

Adding to the excitement, COO, Dylan Cruess, had the honor of presenting one of the Best Company awards during the ceremony.
