TFMoran is providing professional services to NeighborWorks Southern New Hampshire for their project at 249 Main Street in Nashua, NH. Located in the heart of downtown, this site will be the new home of a 6-story building that will provide 45 new residential units. The units will be mixed-income and offer 19 one-bedroom and 26 two-bedroom options. The new residential building will have an outdoor courtyard, community room, management office, laundry facilities, and an elevator servicing all 6 stories.
TFMoran is providing civil/site engineering and surveying services for the project. The project architect is John S. Jordan Designs and the construction contractor is Hutter Construction.
