TFMoran is providing land surveying, civil/site and traffic engineering, permitting and construction administration services for an addition to the Coliseum Seniors Residence in Nashua. The addition includes 29 one-bedroom apartments and 3 two-bedroom apartments, bringing the facility’s total to 173 affordable senior housing units.
Housing Initiatives of New England Corporation (HINEC) is a non-profit organization that provides affordable, independent senior housing to Maine and New Hampshire communities.
