TFMoran provided structural engineering services for the new clubhouse at Pembroke Pines Country Club in Pembroke, NH. The building has 3 floors, the lower level houses golf carts, men’s and women’s locker rooms, and a pro shop. A pub/restaurant, golf simulators, a function area, and patio spaces are located on the first floor. A bridal suite and function offices are on the second floor.
Construction of the clubhouse is near completion with the final interior elements being put in place and wrapping up on the surrounding landscaping. It is expected to be completed in Spring of 2024.
