TFMoran’s Seacoast Division civil project managers were responsible for providing land surveying, civil/site and traffic engineering design, permitting, and landscape architecture services for this new Planet Honda. The new 31,150 sf footprint, 2-story auto dealership is located off of I-93 Exit 20 on NH-Route 11, East Main Street in Tilton, NH. The facility includes a showroom, a sales and service department, office space, along with associated display parking and customer parking. Improvements for the 10-acre site included access, grading, utilities, landscaping, lighting, and a stormwater management system. The project team included Regent Associates as the project architect, and CM&B as the general contractor.
Planet Honda officially opened on July 12, 2021.
