TFMoran provided surveying, civil engineering, landscape architecture, and permitting services for the new stand-alone Rite Aid pharmacy, as part of the Catholic Medical Center expansion project located on McGregor Street in Manchester, NH. The building was constructed along with site and parking improvements for both Rite Aid and the adjacent St. Mary’s Bank. Additionally, off-site improvements include realignment of the entrance to the Mill West development and improvements to the Amory Street entrance.
Construction was completed last year.
