TFMoran is providing structural engineering services for a new Medicare and Medicaid-compliant nursing facility in Strafford County, New Hampshire. The project is intended to replace the existing nursing facility on an adjacent parcel, which is no longer meeting the needs of the county. The new 330,000sf facility will consist of a 2 and 3-story structure around internal courtyards, maximizing functionality, and durability and allowing for future growth. Future phases may include the renovation and rehabilitation of the existing nursing home for a housing development project. The project is currently in phase I, with an anticipated 3-year construction schedule. The project architect is Warrenstreet Architects.
