TFMoran’s seacoast division provided survey, civil engineering and permitting services for this new 6,420 square foot Pavilion building addition to the Wentworth By The Sea Country Club in Rye, NH. The Pavilion seats 150 people and replaced the “Wentworth Tent” which is set-up every year on the west side of the clubhouse to host members events and private functions. Additionally, TFMoran engineers provided associated improvements including pedestrian access, parking, stormwater management, utilities, and landscaping design.
The Pavilion was designed and built by North Point Construction Management of Hudson, NH who started construction in October 2019.
