TFMoran provided civil/site engineering, permitting, traffic engineering and landscape architecture services for Bowman Place at Olde Bedford, a new 3-story senior living residence. The 95,000sf, 150-bed facility developed by Senior Living of Bedford, will provide 69 assisted living apartments and 36 memory care apartments with numerous amenities and 24-hour care services. Amenities will include a fitness room, a library, a game room, an activities room, dining rooms and other common areas for residents to enjoy.
An official groundbreaking ceremony was held on October 9, 2019 on the 16-acre site located at the intersection of Olde Bedford Way and Old Bedford Road off of NH Route 101 in Bedford, NH. The $40 million assisted living facility is surrounded by fields and woodlands and incorporates walking paths and an enclosed memory garden. Construction was completed in the spring of 2021, with its first residents moving in.
The project team also included Development Manager Munson & Associates, EGA Architects and Eckman Construction Company.
