TFMoran Celebrates National Surveyors Week

At TFMoran, we are proud to celebrate National Surveyors Week, March 15-21, 2026! With over 55 years of experience, we continue to lead the way in combining expert surveying with cutting-edge engineering solutions. Our commitment to excellence has helped shape the built environment, and we proudly honor the survey professionals who play such a critical role in our industry.

National Surveyors Week, organized by the National Society of Professional Surveyors (NSPS), is a time to recognize the hard work and dedication of surveyors and raise awareness about the essential contributions they make to our communities.

To show our appreciation for our wonderful team of surveyors, we had an appreciation breakfast for them from Pressed Cafe! Join us in celebrating the survey profession this week and beyond!

TFMoran’s Heroes Assembled at the BOB Awards!

Members of the TFMoran team joined the celebration at the New Hampshire Business Review Best of Business Awards on Thursday, March 12th at the Grappone Conference Center. This year’s “Heroes Assemble” theme brought plenty of energy to the evening, with attendees showing off their favorite team gear in style.

TFMoran was proud to sponsor the event’s photo booth, where guests captured fun and memorable moments throughout the night.

We are especially honored to have received our 14th consecutive BOB Award for Best Engineering Firm in New Hampshire, as voted by readers. This continued recognition is a testament to the dedication of our team and the trust of our clients and community.

A portion of the evening’s proceeds supported Friends of Aine, an incredible organization providing free grief support services to children and families across New Hampshire—offering comfort, hope, and guidance when it’s needed most.

Thank you to the readers of NHBR for your continued support, and congratulations to all of this year’s BOB Award winners!

TFMoran is Sponsoring City Year NH’s 26th Annual Starry Starry Night Gala!

TFMoran is proud to support City Year New Hampshire and its mission to empower students, strengthen schools, and develop the next generation of civically engaged leaders. Through its partnership with AmeriCorps, City Year places dedicated Student Success Coaches in K–12 classrooms, where they provide critical academic, social, and emotional support to students and educators. Schools that partner with City Year often see two to three times greater improvement in English and math assessments, while students who engage with AmeriCorps members demonstrate meaningful growth in confidence, learning, and leadership.

On Saturday, April 18, 2026, community members, business leaders, and advocates will gather for the 26th Annual of the Starry Starry Night Gala, City Year New Hampshire’s annual fundraising event supporting students and schools across the state. The evening will feature dinner, a silent and live auction, and an inspiring program highlighting the organization’s impact throughout the community. This year’s event will also celebrate the recipients of the Lifetime of Service Award, Dick Couch and Barbara Couch, recognizing their dedication and contributions to service.

TFMoran is honored to sponsor this milestone event and support the meaningful work City Year New Hampshire continues to do for students, educators, and communities across the Granite State. By investing in programs that help students succeed both inside and outside the classroom, we are helping build a stronger, brighter future for the next generation!

TFMoran Celebrates Engineer’s and Women in Construction Week!

Today, March 4, 2026 at TFMoran, we were proud to celebrate Engineers Week 2026 and the 28th Annual Women in Construction (WIC) Week with a special appreciation breakfast!

Engineers Week, organized by DiscoverE in partnership with the American Society of Civil Engineers, recognizes the important contributions engineers make to our communities every day. We’re grateful for our Civil, Structural, and Traffic Engineers whose dedication, innovation, and expertise help shape the world around us!

We also celebrated the 28th annual WIC Week, organized by the National Association of Women in Construction, with this year’s theme, “Level Up, Build Strong.” WIC Week honors the strength, knowledge, and impact of women across the Architecture, Engineering and Construction industry while inspiring the next generation of leaders.

Our team in both our Bedford and Portsmouth offices enjoyed all the traditional breakfast favorites — scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, breakfast potatoes, waffles, fresh fruit salad, assorted pastries, and plenty of hot and iced coffee, catered by The Common Man Roadside and The Works Café. It was a great way to start the day and recognize the incredible talent and hard work that make TFMoran stronger every day!

For this year’s WIC Week celebration, Environmental Scientist, Olivia Boyer, was featured in a Q+A article in both High Profile Magazine and the New England Real Estate Journal

Published in High Profile Magazine March 2026:

Olivia Boyer is an Environmental Scientist at TFMoran. She graduated Cum Laude from Plymouth State University with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Biology. She has completed the Wetlands Certificate program at the University of New Hampshire and is currently pursuing her GIS certificate. Olivia brings experience in structural and environmental assessments of stream crossings, environmental and water quality monitoring, aquatic habitat restoration, native wildlife research, and ArcGIS analysis.
What is one project that you are most proud of, and how did it impact your organization or community? One project I am most excited about is a multi-property shoreline stabilization effort along the Piscataqua River. The design incorporates a hybrid living shoreline approach, combining hard armor with native vegetation—an increasingly effective solution for communities impacted by coastal storms. By coordinating improvements across adjacent properties, the project not only strengthens bank stability and protects homes from storm surge, but also enhances foraging and nesting habitat through the use of native plant species. It reflects a balanced approach that supports both resilience and ecological function.
Who has inspired you most in your career, and what advice would you share with the next generation of women entering the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry? Throughout my career, I have been inspired by the strong professional relationships I have built within our industry. My advice to women entering the A/E/C field is to invest in your team—both internally and externally. Build meaningful relationships with colleagues, consultants, contractors, and engineers. Cultivating mutual respect and collaboration creates a trusted network of knowledgeable professionals you can turn to for guidance, perspective, and support throughout your career.

TFMoran Sponsors Bedford High School’s FIRST Robotics Team, Red Storm 509!

TFMoran is proud to sponsor Bedford High School’s FIRST Robotics team, Red Storm 509. FIRST, which stands for: “For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology”, is a global nonprofit organization that prepares young people for the future through inclusive, team-based robotics programs. These programs, available to students from PreK – Grade 12, ignite a passion for science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) by providing hands-on learning experiences.

At BHS, Red Storm 509 members are guided by mentors who help them embody FIRST’s Core Values as they research, fundraise, design, build, and showcase their robots in competitive challenges. This process fosters teamwork, self-confidence, and collaborative problem-solving skills that will serve students well in the future.

By sponsoring Red Storm 509, TFMoran is excited to support a program that not only sparks students’ interest in STEM but also opens doors to educational and career opportunities, setting them on a path toward a brighter future!

Let’s Go Red Storm 509!
