TFMoran provided survey, traffic, civil/site design, and permitting services for a new 5,400 sf gas station and convenience store located on Hooksett Road, Hooksett, NH. The station has 6 dispenser islands for a total of 12 fueling positions, covered by a canopy. The building also features a drive-thru for customer convenience and plenty of associated parking. Additional site improvements included site grading and drainage, utilities, stormwater management, lighting, and landscaping.
The Seasons Corner Market stores are operated by company employees and are not franchised. This location includes Shell fueling stations, and their own proprietary brand “Corner Market Cafe”, which is offered at both the Hooksett and Nashua locations.
TFMoran worked closely with owner Colbea Enterprises LLC, a 60-year-old family-run business, which is involved in approximately 110 locations throughout New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. TFMoran was also involved in their Nashua, NH location at 4 Blackstone Drive. The project team also included Highland Development, LLC of Sudbury, MA, and site contractor Nashoba Paving Company of Westford, MA.
The Hooksett store opened in June 2023.
