TFMoran provided survey, civil/site design and permitting for this new 5,005 SF Seasons Corner Market featuring its own Corner Market Café with coffee and healthy food options. Located on the corner of Blackstone Drive and Amherst Street, the market offers a drive-thru for customer convenience and 12 fueling positions. Prior to construction, the project called for the demolition of an existing vacant commercial building and parking area on the site. Additional improvements included a paved parking area, underground stormwater management areas, utilities, and landscaping. The site utilized one existing curb cut on Blackstone Drive and relocated one curb cut along Amherst Street. The project also included a subdivision of the original lot into two parcels, the second parcel will be used for future development.
The project team included architect Harrison French & Associates of Franklin, MA and general contractor Highland Development of Sudbury, MA.
Seasons Corner Market opened in September 2021.
