TFMoran provided structural renovation services to convert this 4-story, 110,000 SF former Cohas Shoe Factory mill building into a mixed-use live-work community space for professionals, innovators, and entrepreneurs. The historic 1904 mill features beautiful brick walls, exposed timber beams, wood floors, and large high windows. The Factory on Willow has 61 studio apartments, 16 hotel / short-term rental units, and approximately 10,000 SF of commercial/retail office space. The project team included Market Square Architects and Eckman Construction. Apartments started leasing in spring 2021. Commercial space is also available.
