TFM Hosts 2017 NH CIBOR Annual Awards Cookout

On Thursday, June 8th TFMoran hosted the Annual NH Commercial Investment Board of REALTORS® Awards Cookout. Approximately one hundred NHCIBOR members and TFMoran staff were on hand to enjoy a beautiful summer evening with no chance of rain. Dave and crew from the Wine’ing Butcher of Bedford, once again did a great job grilling up delicious steak tips, turkey tips, burgers and hot dogs. TFMoran has been hosting the annual NH CIBOR meeting and cookout for 20 years. TFMoran is proud to partner with CIBOR each year for such a great event.

Bob Duval, TFM’s President started out the presentation by welcoming the members, introducing the company, and thanking the TFM staff for their efforts in making the cookout a success. NH CIBOR President Kathy DeMello presented Bob Marchewka of One Commercial Real Estate LLC with the REALTOR-of-the-Year award, and Bill Jean of Fulcrum Associates, Inc. with the Affiliate-of-the Year award. The traditional “Awards Cake” was presented to Bob and Bill, who did the honors of cutting the first pieces. The gals from The Inside Scoop, topped off the cake with a scoop of delicious Richardson’s ice cream.

TFMoran Congratulates the Award recipients, and the great work of NH CIBOR!

TFM’s Got Spring Fever!

After that last nor’easter, the “April Fools Storm”, it just seemed like winter was never going to end. The TFM staff was in need of a good dose of “Spring”!  A little spring break was just the remedy we needed to kick-off the long awaited Spring season. The marketing and administration teams pulled together a colorful spring-themed get-together in the reception area. Lots of  tulips of different colors were the main attraction, yet some would say the delicious food brought in from the Puritan Backroom Restaurant was the main attraction! Their famous chicken tenders, steak kabobs, mac and cheese, along with the healthy fruit and vegetable platters all helped us forget about winter. TFM’s Portsmouth office got creative with homemade rice crispy easter eggs and a dip shaped like a giant carrot. A good time was had by all, and a big Thanks goes out to TFM’s COO Dylan Cruess and all the TFM principals for hosting a greatly appreciated spring break for the staff.

The snow is now melted, flowers popping up everywhere, robins are in abundance and, yes, the grass is turning green – Spring has Sprung!

TFM sponsors 2016 Kids Safety Event with Primary Bank

TFMoran has partnered with Primary Bank  for the The 2016 Kids Safety Event taking place on Saturday, October 1st from 10am to 2pm at the Bedford Police and Fire Department, 207 Route 101. Primary Bank is the organizer of this important and fun event, additional partners include Harvest Market, Bedford Cleaners, Ace Hardware, Bedford Pharmacy and Subway.  The main focus of the event is on providing Child Identification Kits for local children and parents.  The New Hampshire Child ID Program provides parents with essential information about their children including a videotaped interview, finger prints, a dental impression, and a DNA swab.  This specific information can be invaluable to law enforcement officials if a child is ever lost or missing.

Fun activities include face painting, touring the Incident Command Center and Fire Safety Trailer, and enjoying the free food.

For more information about the program look at http://www.mychip.org/.  This program has been run by Freemasons for many years.  The child ID process and materials are free to all parents.  We believe this program is very worthwhile and provides very valuable information for parents.
