TFMoran is proud to sponsor a golf hole for the 2019 Prouty, which took place on July 12 & 13 in Hanover, New Hampshire. The Prouty is a two-day athletic event that raises funds to benefit the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Norris Cotton Cancer Center (NCCC). This year marks the 38th annual Prouty event. Participants cycle, walk, row, and golf to raise money and awareness for the NCCC, a nationally recognized cancer facility.

TFMoran Participates in Annual ASCE-NH Golf Tournament
The ASCE-NH Annual Golf Tournament was held on Friday, May 31 at Beaver Meadow Golf Club. Nick Golon PE, a Senior Project Manager here at TFMoran participated in a foursome along with clients from Eversource. Nick is also involved with the ASCE board of directors, serving as Treasurer. TFMoran is proud to be a platinum sponsor for this event.
Other participants in this event included representatives from UNH, and the NH Department of Environmental Services (NHDES) and various other firms in the engineering community.
This annual event raises money for the NH-ASCE Scholarship Fund to assist NH high school seniors and UNH students enrolled in ABET accredited Civil Engineering Programs. The day includes 18 holes of golf, continental breakfast, buffet lunch, a putting contest, virtual golf hole, and raffle prizes. All proceeds above event costs benefit the S. Russell Stearns and New Hampshire High School scholarship programs.
Before the tournament, participants enjoyed warming up on the free driving range and putting green and a continental breakfast. Afterwards, a yummy lunch buffet of steak tips, sausage, ribs and assorted salads was served, followed by the traditional raffle contest that awarded prizes ranging from t-shirts and hats to a new golf driver and GPS range finder!
It was a beautiful day for golf and we look forward to next year!

ASCE NH Golf Tournament Raises $5,400 for Engineering Scholarships
On June 1, 2018 the American Society of Civil Engineers New Hampshire Section, held their annual golf outing at Beaver Meadow Golf Club. A record number (120) of golfers participated in the
18-hole scramble-style tournament raising $5,400 for scholarships. Scholarship recipients will include UNH ASCE student members and New Hampshire high school students interested in pursuing a career in engineering. Nick Golon, PE a Senior Project Manager for TFMoran and Treasurer for the ASCE NH Section, participated in the tournament, while Cora McLean, a TFMoran engineering intern volunteered to help with the event. TFMoran was proud to continue their involvement in the event as a platinum sponsor. Everyone had a fun time, while giving back to local students.

TFMoran Plays in SNHU DeBlasi Cup Scholarship Golf Tournament
On Friday, October 17th, Dan Blais and Dylan Cruess from TFMoran participated in the annual Southern New Hampshire University DeBlasi Cup Golf Tournament. The tournament is part of SNHU’s annual homecoming weekend for parents and alumni. The Tournament was held at Passaconaway Country Club in Litchfield, NH. Dan and Dylan were joined by Ed Daniels, SNHU’s Off Campus Services Librarian, to form a formidable threesome that finished tied for fifth! TFMoran further supported the Tournament’s scholarship fundraising efforts by being a hole sponsor. Coincidentally, the team birdied the hole the company sponsored! This year marked the third consecutive year that TFMoran has participated in the DeBlasi Cup Tournament.

A Great Day at the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce Golf Tournamnet
On Thursday, July 31st Dylan Cruess, TFMoran’s Chief Operating Officer, played in the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce golf tournament at Stonebridge Country Club in Goffstown, NH. Dylan joined James Hatem, of Nixon Peabody, Henry Veilleux, of Sheehan Phinney Capital Group, and Julie Baron, of Make-A-Wish New Hampshire, for an excellent round that finished 3 under par! TFMoran has been a long-standing member of the Manchester Chamber of Commerce and believes in its mission to advocate for the greater Manchester area business community. On Friday, June 6th TFMoran was a Gold sponsor for the New Hampshire Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers (NH-ASCE) scholarship golf outing at the Beaver Meadow Golf Club in Concord, NH. All proceeds above event costs go to the NH-ASCE Scholarship Fund to assist NH high school seniors and UNH students enrolled in ABET accredited Civil Engineering programs. Senior Project Manager, Nick Golon, PE, also a member of the NH-ASCE Board of Directors, represented TFMoran on the fairways and greens and was accompanied by Walter Bilynsky, Joe Sperry and Alan Roe. The weather was beautiful, the scores were low, and a great time was had by all!
