TFMoran Kicks off the Holiday Season with Annual Harvest Lunch

TFMoran kicked off the holiday season last Wednesday with the annual “Harvest Lunch” at the Bedford Village Inn. Both offices gathered in the Great Hall to enjoy appetizers, drinks, and lively conversation before a delicious buffet lunch. Dessert featured a specially decorated cake from Frederick’s Pastries in Bedford, NH.

Following the meal, TFMoran President, Robert Duval, shared a Thanksgiving message, reflecting on the company’s successes over the past year. He highlighted TFMoran’s recognition as one of Business NH Magazine’s 2024 “Best Companies to Work For” and the 12th consecutive win of NH Business Review’s Best of Business” Award. He thanked the team for their dedication and hard work, stressing that our continued success is driven by collaboration and commitment.

Dylan Cruess, COO, discussed employee benefits, including health insurance and the 401k program, and celebrated team members marking milestones and welcoming new hires. He also shared his excitement about new opportunities and TFMoran’s ongoing efforts to embrace technology in the field.

Corey Colwell, Principal and Portsmouth Division Manager, marked the 10th anniversary of TFMoran and MSC’s merged partnership, celebrating the growth and opportunities along the New Hampshire and Maine Seacoast, made possible by strong teamwork between the two offices.

The TFMoran principals wrapped up the event by presenting bonuses in recognition of the team’s hard work and dedication.

A heartfelt thank you to our principals for hosting this special occasion and to the Bedford Village Inn for the exceptional food and atmosphere. It was a perfect way to kick off Thanksgiving and the Holiday Season before heading home to family.

TFMoran celebrated the holiday season last Wednesday with the annual “Harvest Lunch” held at the Bedford Village Inn. Both offices were brought together in the Great Hall for socializing, appetizers, and beverages before the buffet-style lunch was served. Dessert featured a specially made Harvest Lunch decorated cake by Frederick’s Pastries in Bedford, NH.

After lunch, TFMoran President Robert Duval wished everyone a Happy Thanksgiving and spoke about all the wonderful things to be thankful for over the past year. Bob took a moment to congratulate TFMoran for our achievements, including the 2023 NH Business Review “Best of Business” Award for the eleventh consecutive year – and voting is now open for the 2024 BOB’s! He then thanked the team for our combined efforts and hard work over the past year noting that our exceptional work and dedication will get us through the unforeseen future. TFMoran continues to strive for the best and looks forward to another successful year.

Dylan Cruess, COO also addressed the team, speaking about health insurance, the 401k program, and other benefits.  He then congratulated individuals celebrating milestones with the company and recognized new employees that have joined within the past year. Dylan also mentioned the new opportunities TFMoran has begun and explore along with his eagerness to incorporate new technology into our work.

The TFMoran principals were happy to give out bonuses to the team in appreciation of everyone’s hard work and dedication to the Company.

A special thank you to the TFMoran principals for hosting yet another very special occasion. It was a great send-off to the Thanksgiving holiday as everyone headed home afterward to spend time with their families. Thank you to The Bedford Village Inn for the amazing food and lovely venue!

TFMoran Kicks off the Holiday Season with our Annual Company Harvest Lunch

TFMoran held its annual company gathering, known as the “Harvest Lunch”, on the day before Thanksgiving in the Great Hall at the Bedford Village Inn.  The Portsmouth division staff joined the Bedford staff for a full company gathering of more than 60 people! Thank you to the Bedford Village Inn for the amazing food and beautiful venue.

The principals were very happy to thank the staff for their hard work and dedication to the Company. Jeff Kevan was recognized for his 30-year career at TFMoran, which will come to a close at the end of the year when he retires.

Dylan spoke about the great achievements we’ve made as a company this year, welcoming 13 new hires and celebrating 2 other long-time employees’ transitions into retirement.

 It was a great beginning to the Thanksgiving holiday break, as folks headed home to spend time with their families.
