TFMoran’s 2019 Summer Newsletter (E-version) is now available!

Bob Duval talks about the busy construction season, and how TFMoran strives to provide our clients with the best service and product possible. You can read about exciting new projects just starting, like the Catholic Medical Center expansion in Manchester, NH; the new Tru by Hilton Hotel and T-BONES restaurant in Concord, NH; Saint Anselm College new 2-story Welcome Center; and The Bowman – a 133-unit residential apartment building next to Whole Foods in Bedford, NH. There is an update on completed projects like Trader Joe’s and The Friendly Toast at “Market and Main” on the former Macy’s site in Bedford, NH; and 603 Brewery at Woodmont Commons – a 600-acre mixed-use development in Londonderry, NH; the new 6-story, 1,700-car SNHU Millyard parking garage in downtown Manchester, NH, and the restoration of the historic Concord Theatre, now known as Bank of New Hampshire Stage.

Besides reading about 8 new TFMoran team members, there is also exciting staff news, like Tom Lamb, PE named SENH president, and Corey Colwell, LLS serving as 50th president of NHLSA. In addition, you will read about TFMoran proudly giving back to our community by participating and sponsoring fundraisers, such as Bedford’s FIRST Robotics Team Red Storm 509; Bedford’s School Color Blast event; and donating to NH Children’s Scholarship Fund. Volunteering on local committees and boards is also a great way TFMoran gives back to New Hampshire. TFMoran’s COO, Dylan Cruess has recently joined the NH Board of Directors for March of Dimes and NH Business Committee for the Arts.
