Jonathan Devine Accepted into Leadership Greater Manchester Class of 2026!

TFMoran is proud to announce that Jonathan Devine, EIT, one of our Civil Project Engineers, has been accepted into Leadership Greater Manchester (LGM) program as a member of the Class of 2026.

Leadership Greater Manchester is a premier leadership development initiative dedicated to cultivating informed, connected, and engaged leaders who are committed to making a positive impact in the Greater Manchester community. Through an immersive curriculum, hands-on learning experiences, and collaboration with regional leaders, the program equips participants with the insight and tools necessary to tackle the most pressing issues facing the region.

Jonathan’s acceptance into this competitive program is a testament to his growing leadership in the civil engineering field and his commitment to serving the community. Since joining TFMoran in 2021, Jonathan has made significant contributions to our team—beginning as a Field Surveyor and now excelling as a Project Engineer. In his current role, he is responsible for designing and preparing civil/site plans, technical documentation, and securing permits for a variety of public and private infrastructure projects across New Hampshire.

Congratulations Jonathan on this well-deserved achievement and we look forward to seeing the impact you will make through the LGM program and beyond!

NH CIBOR 2025 Relator & Affiliate of the Year BBQ

TFMoran was proud to host the New Hampshire Commercial Investment Board of REALTORS® (NH CIBOR) Annual Barbecue on Thursday, June 19th at our Bedford office. The event brought together approximately 150 NH CIBOR members and TFMoran staff for an enjoyable evening of great food, networking, and celebration.

Guests were treated to a delicious BBQ spread catered by Tidewater Catering, along with refreshing ice cream from The Inside Scoop. This annual tradition, which TFMoran has proudly hosted for over 18 years, reflects our ongoing partnership with NH CIBOR and our shared commitment to New Hampshire’s commercial real estate community.

A highlight of the evening was the awards presentation by NH CIBOR President Kathy DeMello. Congratulations to Ethan Ash, honored as REALTOR® of the Year, and to TFMoran’s own Chief Operating Officer, Dylan Cruess, who received the Affiliate of the Year award. The celebration concluded with cake to recognize the achievements of this year’s distinguished awardees.

TFMoran Sponsors State of the State with Governor Kelly Ayotte

TFMoran was proud to sponsor The Greater Derry Londonderry Chamber of Commerce’s State of the State Breakfast at LaBelle Winery in Derry, NH this past Monday, June 16th. Many business owners and community members showed up to hear from Governor Kelly Ayotte! Guests, including TFMoran’s Sr. Structural Engineer, Kyle Roy, began the morning with a full breakfast buffet, setting the stage for a productive and engaging event.

Governor Ayotte addressed key issues impacting the region and priorities in her budget including housing, economic development, affordable post-secondary education, improvement of mental health & disability services, improvement to public safety, emphasizing affordable childcare and early education, and a priority to increase support for local and small businesses. She also highlighted efforts to streamline permitting processes in infrastructure.

The event concluded with a thoughtful Q&A session that brought together business leaders, legislators, and even parents from the community to discuss how the Governor’s budget priorities can drive meaningful progress across New Hampshire—for stronger communities, a healthier economy, and a better future for all residents.

After the Governor’s remarks and interactive Q&A session, attendees had the chance to network with fellow community members and local leaders. Many also took the opportunity to personally meet Governor Ayotte and continue the conversation in a more informal setting, making it an overall great morning!

TFMoran Celebrates St. Mary’s Bank Ribbon Cutting

TFMoran’s COO Dylan Cruess, Civil Project Engineer Jonathan Devine, and Structural Project Designer Lou Cote attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony for St. Mary’s Bank’s new Concord branch this past Friday, June 13th. The TFMoran team provided civil, structural, and permitting services for the project.

Local dignitaries, city officials, and members of the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce joined the celebration, including Concord’s Mayor, Byron Champlin, project architect Kurt Lauer, and North Branch Construction, the project’s contractor.

The new branch, located just off Exit 13 on I-93, is St. Mary’s first in the Concord area. Guests enjoyed coffee and morning pastries while touring the space and meeting branch staff.

TFMoran Sponsors Bedford PTG’s 9th Annual Color Blast Fun Run

TFMoran is proud to again sponsor the Bedford PTG‘s 9th annual color blast run held on Sunday, June 1st. Dylan Cruess, TFMoran’s COO, participated in this event with his family, and they all had a great time!

The PTG Color Blast is a 2-mile family-friendly Fun Run/Walk to support the Bedford Schools. Participants can run or walk and throughout the course are color stations where they are “blasted” with color powder. There was music played, and water stations spread throughout the course as well.  At the very end you can expect to look like a colorful rainbow and reward yourself with a sweet treat from the Kona Ice, Travelin’ Tom’s or Crumbs on Cambridge food trucks!

TFMoran loves supporting the Bedford PTG to help raise funds for the PTG’s mission of providing students, staff and families enriching activities in schools and our community.

Girls Inc. of New Hampshire: Champions for the Girls Breakfast

TFMoran’s Chief Operating Officer, Dylan Cruess, attended the Girls Inc. of New Hampshire Champion’s Breakfast on Thursday, May 29th at the Manchester campus. The event brought together community leaders and supporters for an inspiring morning focused on empowering girls and celebrating the organization’s impact across the state.

Speakers shared powerful stories about the lasting influence of Girls Inc., including CEO Sharron McCarthy, COO Jennifer Indeglia, Director of Programming & Athletics Karen Billings, Manchester Center Director Evelyn Johnston, and Board Member Lisa Cramb. Attendees also heard from alumna Madison Kotromanos, parent Keisha Forbus, Development Team members Aletta Brown and Destiney Urbano, and 2024 Girl of the Year Jaidah Palacios, who spoke about the confidence and leadership skills she’s gained through the program.

Girls Inc. of New Hampshire serves girls ages 5 to 18 with research-based programs led by trained professionals, focusing on academic achievement, leadership, and healthy living. The organization’s mission to inspire all girls to be strong, smart, and bold was powerfully reflected throughout the morning.

Ghanbari Receives NH Land Surveyor License

TFMoran is pleased to announce Najad Ghanbari, LLS has recently earned his Land Surveyor License for the State of New Hampshire. Ghanbari joined TFMoran in 2024 as a Survey Technician and has since been promoted to Field Survey Manager in our Bedford, NH office. Ghanbari has over 19 years of experience in Land Surveying, including ALTA/NSPS Surveys, existing condition surveys, road and building construction, and field operations management.
