Residential applicants had to be at or below a required income level to qualify. The approximate rent for a one bedroom is $915 and a two bedroom is $1,095. At the time of the ribbon-cutting event, occupancy was to capacity, with a waiting list for an open unit. Phase II could add an additional 14 more apartments.
