NH Union Leader Covers Ribbon-cutting Event at NH SportsDome in Hooksett

The official ribbon cutting event for the newly opened NH SportsDome was held earlier this week on March 1, 2021. NH SportsDome CEO, Joel Hatin, gave the opening remarks thanking the project team, town officials, his business partners and his family for making this special project a reality. Andre Garron, Town Administrator for Hooksett, followed with brief remarks and turned it over to New Hampshire Governor Chris Sununu. Many of the attendees at this socially-distanced event, proudly represented more than 30 companies on the project team. TFMoran was represented by President, Bob Duval; Senior Project Manager and Principal, Nick Golon; and Marketing Coordinator, Susan Bartley, who were honored to be invited to this special event.  Ending the presentation, a celebratory champagne toast was offered, courtesy of the Singer Family,

The NH SportsDome hosts gave tours of the facility, which boasts 2 ½ miles of artificial turf across a collegiate-sized field. The dome structure rises 72 feet high, and was manufactured by The Farley Group. The first-of-its-kind structure for New Hampshire, located on Benton Road in Hooksett, opened on February 18th.  A “Dirt to Dome” video presentation was on display for those who wanted to follow the construction progress. TFMoran provided services for survey, site/civil design, structural design, local, state and federal permitting, landscape architecture, traffic engineering, and construction phase. The project team included Capital Construction, LLC, as General Contractor and Severino Trucking Co., Inc., as Site Contractor.

New Hampshire Union Leader covered the event, publishing a feature story on the front page the following day!  Check out the full article here.

Congratulations to NH SportsDome and all involved with this great project!
