Jack McTigue receives Maine Professional Engineer license

John “Jack” McTigue, PE, a Civil Project Engineer for TFMoran’s Seacoast Division, recently received his Professional Engineer license in the state of Maine. Mr. McTigue is also a licensed PE in the state of New Hampshire and a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC). He has over twenty-five years of experience in the civil engineering field including roadway design, site development and project management. Mr. McTigue has an Associates of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Maine and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New Hampshire.

Jeremy Belanger receives Professional Engineer License

Jeremy Belanger, a Senior Project Engineer for TFMoran, recently passed the Professional Engineer exam and is now a licensed civil engineer in the state of New Hampshire. Mr. Belanger joined TFMoran’s civil engineering department in 2015. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering (Water Resources) from the University of New Hampshire. Mr. Belanger’s work experience includes civil/site design and infrastructure design, as well as regulatory permitting and approvals for residential, commercial, industrial, municipal and energy projects.

Natalia Kulchitsky receives Professional Engineer License

TFMoran announces that Natalia Kulchitsky recently passed the Professional Engineer exam and is now a licensed structural engineer in the state of New Hampshire. Ms. Kulchitsky joined TFMoran’s structural engineering team in 2016. She has a Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from the University of Alaska Fairbanks, and a Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics and Mechanics from Lomonosov State University in Moscow. Ms. Kulchitsky’s structural design experience includes steel and timber commercial and industrial buildings, and concrete foundations.
