On Wednesday, November 12, TFMoran joined project partners, Town of Derry officials, and community members to celebrate the ceremonial groundbreaking of the Abbott Court Redevelopment Project in downtown Derry, NH.
As the civil engineering, structural engineering, and landscape architecture partner on the project, TFMoran is proud to support this transformational development that will bring new housing, parking, and commercial opportunities to the heart of the community.
The event featured remarks from local leaders and project partners, including representatives from Harvey Construction, Built Form, LLC, Lansing Melbourne Group, Randall-Paulson Architects, and the Town of Derry, who spoke about the collaboration that brought this long-envisioned project to life. The Derry Fire and Police Departments were also on hand, offering support. Refreshments were provided as the group officially broke ground.
The Abbott Court project will deliver significant downtown revitalization, including:

Improved connectivity with the adjacent Derry Rail Trail
